Volkswagen

On Tuesday we took the factory tour at Volkswagen. It was pretty damn interesting!

They took us on a bus through various parts of the factory - mostly through the building where they make the Golf.





After the tour we had lunch. What a pain that was! I have a card that explains what I can and can't eat, but the guy still put gravy on my plate. In his defense, I don't think the woman who I talked to told him why I wanted vegetables instead of pasta, and in the end he did make it right. The thing that sucks is that after all of the headache, the food kind of sucked. ah well... at least it didn't make me sick!

After lunch we headed to a few car pavilions and then the Zeithaus which is a car museum.

Today we are heading to Ikea, to hopefully find some kitchen stuff and a small shelf or table to help organize the kitchen. Wish us luck!
